Perform a generalist role along with translation (as i speak spanish and the company is in need for this role).
My daily tasks range from conducting screenings and interviews, up to employees day-to-day interactions.
I do the entire recruitment pipeline, Health insurance, Employees relations, and small parts of goverment relations.
In this part-time expereince, i worked in the IT support department, to support the Granada office, holding 1000 employees. Our main tasks are centered around the first line support. We resolve issues locally, either remotely or by setting up appointment. Issues faced can be hardware or software, and the issues raised by tickets system called Service-Now.
I studied at NKU university after i graduated from JIC college. My major is CIT and my concentration was Database and web development. I maintained a high GPA throughout all the semesters, had been in the dean' list for a couple of semesters, and honor student for almost all the semesters. I'm eager to learn something new, and can't rest if i don't know how something operates, or how to deal with new technology. All in all, i'm excited to go into a work environment and learn as first-hand experience, rather than reading and practicing on a small scale.
