• Lead and provide overall direction for the function mandated with implementing many administrative and operational aspects related to HR.

• Direct overall activities of the employee services function, which involves overseeing the centrally managed employee services, as well as regional HR, starting from planning, implementation, and monitoring of ‘employee services’ activities.
