• Match all the delivery against the purchase order to ensure the completion of each delivery prior to any GRN posting.
• Signing up the forklift check list and ensure that all are in a good condition and raise a maintenance notification if required.
• Notify duty tame manager or supervisor of any problems encountered with SAP system immediately.
• Ensure all SAP data entries are correct and on time.
• Ensure the GRN’s are raised online and the issues are communicated to concern.
• Plan daily workload in liaison with duty tame manager or supervisor
• Issue work to pickers to achieve compliance with customers requirement (quantity, quality, and time)
• Carry out investigations into missing stocks, ensuring all areas are explored.
• Ensure materials dispatched to customers are posted into SAP and on time.
• Monitor staff picking performance by updating database throughout shift.
• Plan daily stocks count in accordance with the SAP system cycle count requirement.
• Count stocks and investigate any discrepancies found.
• Maintains all files ensuring daily forms are completed and logged.
• Assist the duty manager, supervisor whenever required and ensure cover whilst he is not available.
• Assist in the training of staff when required.
• Ensure availability of all consumable items at all the time
