Manage recruitment activities for retail bulk recruitment.
Manage recruitment activities for Graduates Training Program
Search for suitable candidates using computer databases, networks, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, recruiting agencies, employee referrals and other media.
Liaise with, manage and coordinate recruitment agencies and headhunters to fill vacancies.
Screen applications and conduct background and reference checks on applicants.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills and assess qualification by using standardized tools.
Refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization and make hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities in the organization.
Compile recruitment related reports on a regular basis.
Pursue any other recruitment related activities as directed by the Head of HR.
Post all vacancy’s in the online website.
Searching for CV’s and Sourcing.
Contacting with the agenesis regarding the new requirements.
Call the candidates and arranging all the interviews to all the departments in all regions.
Make new staff requisition for the new hiring.
Make the job offers.
Send reports to the management regarding everything in the recruitment.
Responsible to make the employment medical checkup latter for new employee.
Responsible to arrange the booking flight for the candidates who coming from out of our region.
Make some interviews for joiner positions.
• Post jobs in all online recruitment agencies(Gulf talent)
• Screen and select CVs to meet the requirements for open vacancies.
• Contact applicants to arrange and telephone interviews
• Coordinate with all line managers for scheduling interviews.
• Prepare approval for appointment, the job offers. and contracts
• Issue the employment numbers for the new employees and open new file.
• Check and make sure all new employees’ files are completed.
• Make the employment medical request for the new employee, and prepare RTP for that.
• Prepare request to issue new and replacement Employee ID Card .
• Prepare a request to IT to create email and to arrange hardware and software and Repot to work form.
• Enter the new employees in the HRMS system.
• Arrange with HRDF to make new agreement.
• Participation in career days in KFUPM and KSU and make RTP for that.
• Prepare reports of recruitment activity issues
• Daily, weekly and monthly report of employees to be send to the management.
• Make some letters related to the personnel as Introduction letter and Embassies letters.
Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and life jackets.
Answer passengers' questions about flights, aircraft, weather, travel routes and services, arrival times, and/or schedules.
Assist passengers in placing carry-on luggage in overhead, garment, or under-seat storage.
Assist passengers while entering or disembarking the aircraft.
Attend preflight briefings concerning weather, altitudes, routes, emergency procedures, crew coordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage services offered, and numbers of passengers.
Check to ensure that food, beverages, blankets, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply.
Verify that first aid kits and other emergency equipment, including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles, are in working order.
Announce flight delays and descent preparations.
-Working in a factory and responsible about all the materials needed for the constructions.
-Coordinating with suppliers for delivering the materials to the factory.
-Responsible in making bills to the suppliers for the delivered materials, stamp them and signing them.
