The work responsibility assigned to me to check and inspect the installation of Instrumentation and control system with the field construction Engineers as per P & ID and given specification of the system and prepare punch list for the defect and deficiency for the various subsystem of the Power Plant including Turbine control system, Boiler drum level control, main steam control, LP and HP by pass , Flue gas desulphurisation (FGD), for removal of sulfur from flue gas, Emission Monitoring system for Analyze the Emission values of flue gases for Nox, SO2, O2, CO and CO2 and also calculate Material Particulars in the Flue gases and check the opacity.
Witness the Instrument calibration of various type of pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level gauges in lab as well as in the field as per data sheet of the instrument - and check the limit and tolerance of the instrument .
Witness of loop check of various system from field to Marshalling cubicle and then to CCR.
1. Familiar with the client specification and the relevant standards applicable to the various plant items and system as required by the specifications
2. Involved in receiving spare parts for the I & C department to be checked and verified as per specification the quantity, condition and stack properly in the warehouse as per classification category A, B, C, and D .
