‣ Analyse non-generated invoices and manually
Generate up normalities to ensure 100% accuracy
In invoice generation
‣ Calculate the average billing for faulty meters
Related to commercial units.
‣ Handle and lead the correction of customers
Accounts.
‣ Review complaints related to billing issues and
Ensure proper closure of said complaints
‣ Prepare monthly billing reports
‣ Review and approve final settlements
‣ Review clients financials and clause disputes
‣ Coordinate with other business units and suggest
Solution to enhance billing process and financial
Integrity
‣ Allocate unassigned payments, waivers, discounts
To customer accounts
Accountant.
‣ Prepare and review end of month financials.
(BS.Income statement and Cash Flow)
‣ Prepare VAT account and process VAT payment.
‣ Maintain banks relationship and secure needed
Funds.
