Welcome and check in for guests, taking account of the established standards (choice of suitable room, completion of bookings and entry into the computer system, handover of the room pass and the key, safeguarding payment, luggage organisation). Check out of departing guests in accordance with the established standards (drawing up of guests’ bills, processing using the computer system).
I trained 2 months as a front desk agent.
I love it actually, because the team of the administration were helpful.
Guest service at the highest level. Arranging the ranks of the guests and solving the problems of the guests regarding tickets for the games. Dealing with all guests and not discriminating between them. Directing guests to the places designated for games.
I’ve just graduate from Tourism and Hospitality.
