Responsible for overseeing Marketing Department.
Evaluate and develop the company’s marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Identifying potential customers.
Developing promotions with advertising managers.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Hold & Chair all departmental meetings (monthly or when needed) or appoint a designee to chair meetings in his absence and document the minutes of the meeting.
Participate in the recruitment process in his/her department by updating the departmental staffing plan on an annual basis, reviewing credentials of job applicants, and recommending hiring.
Provide orientation and training for all staff on the duties and responsibilities of the department.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining staff performance by developing annual performance evaluations to test the employees’ competencies and suggesting training needs and career objectives for employees in the coming years.
Provides guidance and leadership to all Marketing employees to ensure effective and efficient workflow and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the function.
Conducts annual performance appraisals to review employee work performance. Carry out disciplinary meetings when appropriate. Recommends salary adjustments, rewards, and promotions based on employee performance.

Leading the rebrand project with 100% rate of completion for the bases and guidelines stage, within the assigned timeline.
Manage the project of establishing and launching the company digital presence and enhance the company brand content via Social media and digital channels ( Twitter, Instagram, snap chat, google business, YouTube, company website. The project activities included digital media marketing campaigns, content creations, designs guidelines, website creation and management.
Establishing and operate the Customer Experience Programs including customer service, products and outlets development, brand touch points enhancement
Enhancing the Media management and relations of the company including the media buying process, public relations and CSR activities.
Setting the marketing department strategies, plans, procedures and guidelines. Approved by board of directors for 2020.
Work on creation, activation and maintaining retail sub / new brand and communicate it effectively.
Design and implement devices marketing master calendar of and per channel.
Finalize key product launches ( Apple, Samsung, Huawei and other ).
Vendor Marketing Relations.
Devices marketing support ( Printed and digital magazines, Display pannels/fixtures)

Responsible for identifying high impact events in KSA, getting the support of management on level of participation, organize and
manage events.
Communication focal point for crisis management by providing support for CCh during crisis and issues management.
Responsible for making sure the crisis manual is up to date and crisis team members are adequately trained.
Liaise with GR and MT in order to draft an annual Stakeholders engagement plan and monitor its implementation.
Support and advise Shell Country Chairman to engage with government officials, media, academia, NGOs.
Developing promotional materials to increase the corporate visibility for the target audience.
Participation and supervising of copywriting and editing activities in the local market.
Project managing the marketing & communications agencies (Creative, PR, and branding and web developers).
Monitoring and report competitor activities.
