- Manage Inquiries by determining and planning the needed material for production
- Calculating needed raw material
- creating purchase orders using SAP
- Analyzing RFQs by setting margins based on previous data and market competition.
- Coordinate with different departments (QC/QA, production, planning) to assert our capability of production.
- Handling the company’s registration in suppliers’ approval list.
- Procure raw material (Hot rolled coils) by issuing RFQs to steel vendors along with analyzing quotations and creating purchase orders.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visiting related exhibitions such as MEOS in Bahrain and Adipec in Abu Dhabi.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their future needs and concerns.
-Study clients’ profiles to decide which payment method is best for both of us (Advance payment, Open Account, Letter of Credit).
Managing long term projects for Saudi Aramco (OCTG) and make release plans upon the project agreement.
Led startups acceleration programs from MENA region in Silicon Valley by scheduling tours in
Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, 500 Startups. (Two groups of 15 entrepreneurs).
• Coordinated and managed workshops and mentorship programs for startups by giving them the
opportunity to meet with consultants from Google (5 minutes meeting for each startup with 3
different consultants).
• Contributed in the organization’s benefit dinner by booking venue and assigned 4 volunteers to
handle the registration.
• Assisted in one of the biggest forums in Silicon Valley “TechWadi Annual Forum” by contracting
with coffee suppliers (Starbucks, Philz) also with videographers and photographers to cover the
forum.
• Contributed in the monthly newsletter by providing updated events in Silicon Valley and MENA
region, also wrote stories of successful startups from MENA region in Silicon Valley.
