Responsible to deal with Engineering claims i.e. (CPM &
CAR), Property claims i.e. (PAR, & Fire), Marine claims
i.e. (Cargo & Land Transit), Fidelity Claims, General
accident claims i.e. (Public Liability, Money “cash in
Safe, & Cash in Transit), and Medical Malpractice.
• Immediate review of Non- Motor claims which involves
FAC.
• Review of outstanding Claims monthly with monitoring
of their follow up as per Reinsurance dept. to providing
documentation, reports, reminders and update.
• Following with Insured/Clients to providing
documentation, reports, contact person, reminders and
update.
• Appointing /Following with loss adjuster and supporting
related documentation, and policy, reports, reminders and
update.
• Following up and review of all recovery/Salvage claims.
• Preparation of various statistical reports for management
to assist in decision-making and business improvements.
• Coordinating with accounts and U/W for claims related
matters.

• Working on AICC System (Premia)

In Motor Section, I was responsible to deal with Motor
Claims of central region with huge volume and number of
claims and also corporate client mainly M/s. Saudi Oger
Co. comprehensive and TP vehicles.

I have received Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Insurance & minor Finance from Al Yamamah University.
