•Responsibilities include; Cisco NOC Tier 1 Team Leader; leads tier 1 engineers, build customer Relationship.day-to-day operation issues with other NOC groups and vendors.

- Deal with Network Trouble tickets troubleshooting, handling major network outages, work with other NOC groups and STC management, reports...etc.
