Handling of the Follows up, processes, updates & maintains information/records pertaining to
Compensation matters but not limited to the Annual Review Process, increments, salary
adjustments, job title changes, transfers, permanent allowances, compiling job descriptions,
conducts case studies for new recruits & existing staff.
Assists with the design and roll out of organization development projects and programs and helps
ensure the successful implementation of such projects and assignments. Also assists in the delivery of Compensation & ODD related projects and assignments. In charge of maintaining and ensuring updated organizational structures across the bank.
