اداره العمليات التشغيلية في قسم التغذية المسؤول عن تغذية الأبقار يندرج تحت إدارتي اكثر من ٩٠ موظف مسؤولين عن تركيب العلائق الغذائيه وايصالها الى طاولات الطعام الخاصه بحظائر الأبقار ايضا قسم تنظيف وازاله السماد داخل الحظائر

مسؤول عن تركيب العلائق وترتيب العمل داخل منطقه التغذيه
تنظيم عمل السائقين لايصال التغذيه في الوقت المحدد الى طاوله العلف
متابعه عمل الالات الخاصه بخلط مكونات العلائق
متابع عمل الصوامع وأداء الالات هناك
متابع عمل قسم تنظيف الحظائر والاشراف الكامل على ترتيب العمل والانتهاء من كل وحده انتاج في وقت محدد وبجوده عاليه

مسؤول عن تشغيل الة الحرق للابقار الميته تشغيل كامل

o Prepare periodic reports with respect to unit activities and achievements to be submitted to immediate
supervisor.
o Motivate the team to increase efficiency of work production.
o Participate in studying and analyzing problems and implementing the best solutions.
o Assist in supervising all cattle unit activities performed by subordinates and ensure their presences at
assigned work places at the beginning of each shift.
o Assist in ensuring that all subordinates are committed to work schedules and adhered to applicable
procedures rules and instructions.
o Monitor the tasks and activities performed in the unfit by foremen and milkers and make sure of cattle
safety and health, in addition to producing optimum milk quality.
