- Responsible for reviewing and signing new startups that qualify the company’s criteria and owning the startup account.
- Development of business processes for the startup to ensure they align with the market best practices.
- Ensure that the newly signed startups follow the acceleration program in order to be ready to pitch the investors on an agreed upon date with.
- Facilitation of vendors that the company have contacts with (other startups) to fulfill the startup need of external services or tools.
- Contribution in HUBB certification, which includes ISO requirement and Baldrige Award, that will help the company to reach the desired in management and quality.

- Responsible for the functional specifications and ensure the alignment of the proposed solution with the existing interfaces, hardware capabilities, cost and effort, and obtain the regulatory approvals.
- Development of As-Is Business Processes to ensure all the current Bank practice is covered in the migration exercise, and the development of To-Be Business Processes & Conducted Process mapping exercise to determine system gaps.
-  Highlight the existing pain points in the current practice to the business management in order to avoid these points in the new implementation of the core system.
-  Developed Implementation road map to ensure covering the management future vision and strategic goals in the project plan.
-  Suggest to the business users new layouts of operating customer and account management for the new core banking system by presenting the best practices and other competitors practice considering the regulatory policies.

- Developed complete Cards Department Target Operating Model as an acquirer and issuer bank. Covered all aspects of business requirements for Cards (Revolving Credit Cards, Non Revolving Credit Cards, Payroll Cards, Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards and Virtual Cards) and market leading Services and Features (Point of Sale (POS), Verified-by-Visa (VbV), Fraud Management, ATM flow, Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, and Settlement and Reconciliation).
-  Developed end-to-end business processes for IPO, performed gap analysis, and support the acquisition of IPO system as lead receiving bank and receiving bank.
-  Developed end-to-end business processes for Sales Department as an input point to develop the sales performance automation solution. This solution includes (Sales data repository, Department User Management, Incentives Management, Reporting and Exception Cases Handling).
-  Conducted workshop session with the business to gather the business requirements for Internet Banking enhancement, which includes Online Loans Requesting and Processing during bank’s working hours.
-  Developed reconciliation reporting solution for the Control Operations, which covers (ATM Control, ATM Shortage and Overage, EOD Auto Reconciliation, and Finance Aging Reconciliation Control reports)
