 Develop and align the department strategy with the corporate strategy.
 Managing the department daily activates and plan for the future operations and services expansions to insure the highest department performance.
 Manage the work of over 200 professional and administrative employees of different nationalities (Saudi, USA, UK, South Africans, Philippines, and Arab nationalities).
 Prepare department Jobs descriptions.
 Forecast department need of staff for future increase of service and expansion in new locations.
 Prepare departments policies and procedures.
 Recruiting and hiring staff for the department.
 Perform hiring interviews for the department and participate in other departments hiring interviews.
 Planning the Saoudization for department staff.
 Manage the department staffs’ annual leaves, overtime, and rotation.
 Provide professional consultation and support for staff development, training and education.
 Manage and plan the departments’ staff promotions.

 Organize for staff professional training in & out Kingdome.
 Arraigning and supervising college students’ internships and courses practicum.
 Supervise summer training programs for college students.
Manage the daily department activities to provide service for more than 200, 000 patients a year.
Manage the procurement of department equipment and supply with value of more than 60 million SR.
Coordinate with logistic department & contractors to tender, purchase and deliver of supply and equipment.
-Coordinate with engineering department (planning and designing, building services, utility and maintenance) & contractors to insure the optimal performance of utilities and manage the department expansions as well as the renovation of the department divisions
