• Supervise and follow up all the Electrical works related the Project.
• Supervise and follow up all the Electrical works related to the fit‐out Retail shops.
• Preparing and reviewing the Electrical drawing for Design and shop drawing and assures that it is comply with the contract requirements, specifications & international standards.
• check and approve composite drawings in coordinating with other disciplines (Mech., Civil, and Arch. Structural)
• Check to assure that the required materials have been submitted and approved accordingly.
• Make sure that the required material and equipment have been ordered and delivered to site.
• Continue inspecting the site work and arrange the staff for their daily and weekly tasks.
• Supervising and checking of arriving equipment and material to the site against loss, damage or non‐conformity with the drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and arrange with consultant for the required on‐site inspections and tests.
• Formulate daily, weekly and monthly reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, cash flow, meetings with suppliers and S/Cs and scheduling.
• Materials takeoff, itemizing and listing to all tender drawings.
• Cross checking and verifying the variances and changes in comparison with original contract BOQ
• Provide the engineering and bidding documents preparation team with the itemized BOQ for pricing and costing.
• Arrange and prepare documents for RFI (request for information) or IR (inspection request)
• Responsible for combining, evaluating, and reasoning with information and data to make decisions and solve problems, that involve making decisions about the relative importance of information and choosing the best solution. WORK EXPERIANCE

• Project electrical component & system works (Layout, Inspection, Installation & testing) including but not limited to:
• Checking electrical layouts,
• Interface for electrical materials issuance,
• Site Installations,
• Electrical testing (system & components), and
• Site periodic inspection.
- Project site works and support activities (site safety, admin work, material
control & handling, and housekeeping).
- Providing team support to meet the work schedule
