In June 2023, I started my journey in cooperative training in the Financial Sector Development Program, one of the 11 programs under Saudi Vision 2030. This program aims to transform the Saudi financial sector into a center of strength for economic growth and diversity. Fortunately, I began the first step in my career journey outside university with this program, which offered me a clear picture & perspective of the Saudi financial sector. Moreover, it enabled me to insight into the future of Saudi financial sector in the coming years.
The program includes a substantial package of initiatives aimed to developing the sector in collaboration with key partners such as the Saudi Central Bank and the Capital Market Authority. One of the achieved initiatives is the support and expansion of private equity and venture capital funds. I worked on a research project related to this initiative, focusing on separation the private equity index from venture investing.
I worked with several departments within the program, which are:
1. Portfolio
2. Project Management
3. Strategic Management
I worked on many tasks with these three departments in the program: where we worked on several research projects, including those related to the retail and e-commerce sector and those related to systems and laws in the financial sector. We also worked on various strategies, such as the financial position strategy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These tasks fall under the Strategic Management department. Additionally, I conducted fundamental analysis using financial ratios for several sectors in the Saudi stock market, including the telecommunications sector, and this was under the Portfolio department. As for the Project Management department, one of the prominent tasks was the development of existing initiatives and measuring their impact.

I have worked as a financial manger in our family business, which is added a lot of experience to me in financial activities such as data analysis, also in dealing with people and metting with customer needs.
