•Identify departmental staffing requirements, agree on management structures and succession plans and maintain an appropriate number of employees in a cost-effective and timely manner to ensure that the business is organized and staffed to achieve its objectives.
•Drive the achievement of agreed localisation targets to ensure the company’s long-term strategic localisation objective is met.
•Develop appropriate, cost effective training, educational and developmental solutions to ensure that an appropriate skills inventory level is maintained to meet current and future business needs.
•Ensure the successful operation of Performance Management system in the company to facilitate improved employee performance.
•Manage the operation of employee remuneration to ensure equitable and consistent application of company policy and procedures.
•Design and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures to regulate the provision of HR services and to ensure consistent application of same.
•Manage all HR administration activities effectively and ensure that a positive and safe work environment is maintained to encourage retention of a highly motivated and effective workforce.
•Control all operating costs in line with agreed budgeted targets to ensure that operating overheads are maintained at agreed limits.
•Identify training and development needs on an ongoing basis and meet these needs through a combination of training courses, activities, and on-the-job training.
•Manage an annual training calendar and budget.
•Organize and conduct where possible training courses which meet the training needs of the organization staff.
•Manage the training process to ensure maximum learning.
•Mnage the monthly, quarterly, and annul training reports.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses (ROI)
•Ensure proper induction of new employees to increase the awareness of company culture, policies, and procedures.
•Support the change and improvement process to align it with company objectives.
•Identify personnel with the potential to be promoted in order to create a succession plan for specific jobs, then prepare training plans to develop these individuals.
•Support the business objectives in retaining and developing talented and competent employees, with special attention to locals by ensuring short & long term IDPs developed for talented employees.
•Ensure adequate and Effective Graduate professionals (GPs) are in place with a view to objectively measure their performance.
•Manage the job descriptions and ensure that all JDs are updated as per the business standards and procedures.
•Manage, review and update the organisational structures (OS) and ensure all updated.

- Supervising internal and external training programs for the Jobholders.
- Conduct and prepare training plan for the internal training (Improvement programs).
- Participating in implementing training plans for Sales employees.
- Select the equitable training programs for employees’ demands.
- Conducting induction programs for new employees.
- Select and adopt Companies, Universities and centers for training programs.
- Submitting reports indicating the sum of trainees and their cost.
- Providing feedback of trainees after obtaining training programs.
- Equipping and training employees included in HRD fund.
- Summer training supervision.
- Identifying training needs across the relevant area of business and determine project costs/benefits to put in place programms that derive the greatest return on investment for the company.
