- Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times.
- Ensure proper food preparation, handling procedures and maintain product quality.
- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests consistently.
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding product knowledge, promotional information.
- Ensure safety of guests and colleagues by adhering to company safety standards.
- Correctly complete the Safe Food/Quality Control Checklist to ensure food safety practices.
- Receiving all cases delivered to different channels and process them as per agreed upon process/mechanism.
- Calling customers for the purpose of promotional campaigns and C-SAT surveys.
- Creating tickets for all received cases as per agreed upon process.
