The customer service staff at the banks helps customers to send them to the Bank's specialized banking operations such as debit and deposit systems, dealing with smart cards, account statements and loan systems available such as a personal loan or car and the guarantees that the customer is committed to when the loan is issued and be ready to answer any queries. For each bank, the client has its own banking policy and privacy policy, which is recognized by the customer service staff so that it can answer any customer queries
