Provides guidance and support to maintenance activities of Mechanical Rotating Equipments. Trouble shoots problems and liaison with vendor for spares & services. Ensures reliability of equipments and suggest improvements. Develops and implements maintenance schedule for equipments. Develops procedures and conducts training for maintenance personnel.
-Resposible for managing modification projects within S-Chem plants.
-Project cost estimation.
-Initiate and coordinate project budget approval process.
-manage and coordinate with the client and contractor on project initiation, planning, execution and close-out.
-work and coordinate with the design team to issue IFC packages.
-Resposible of machinery maintenance and reliability.
-Resposible of spare parts availability and applicability.
-Production team member, in order to determine the feasibility/necessity of new additions or modifications of the plant.
-Resposible of reviewing and approving technical evaluations.
Reviews /implements project/job specification.
Drafts engineering documents for government submission and for construction.
Carries out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations / analysis as per project requirements.
Prepares and updates material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals.
Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.
Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes.
Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works.
Instructs, supervises, manages and monitors the Designers and Draftsman in the course of work.
Provides technical assistance to construction team.
Attends site check/verification.
Adheres to drawing checking procedure.
Performs tank design calculations following local and international codes/standards.
University Training Program
-Collecting the punch list from PMT walk through participant, consolidate and issue to EPC Turnover department to input into the completion management system software.
-Participation in walkthrough and punch list making.
-Expedite EPC to prepare the operating manuals, vendor O&M manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), spare parts procurement, vendor representative arrivals for the commissioning activities, system completion, turnover and hand over activities.
-Coordinate with PMT commissioning and operation team for final walk through, lead the Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) & walk through, performance test and plant final acceptance.
