analyzing the needs of our customers for training and developing their corporate and employees performance, then train them according to the defined criteria plus coaching them and report to their managers, finally measureing the performance after developing them through our training programs.
i worked as a facilitator for the customer service, analytical thinking, aptitude and pc data skills.
i was the responsible person of the soft skills program in 17 university "soft skills program manager deputy".
i worked with mckinsey group to prepare a national program contents "EDUEgypt program" for three years.
then i worked as a training consultant for developing the customer service agents in National Bank of Egypt.
