 Implement the QA/QC management system at the site

inspection for improvement of Project progress
 Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for Method Statements generated for Consultant’s approval
 Provide assistance and technical proposal recommendation to contactor key personnel to the developed immediate
the solution of site problems encounter to avoid delay of progress and schedule
 Ensure all materials has been qualified prior to official submission for approval
 Performs on-site inspection for interior finishes to ensure that the work has been carried out in accordance with
corresponding construction drawings, contract specifications, method statement, and inspection test plan
 Supervision of the contracted firms in the implementation of the work as necessary
 Performs inspection for closing out of snag lists prior to final handover of works
 Review material submittals and sample to ensure that it complies with the required specifications
 Performs inspection of all materials to ensure that only approved material delivered on job site
 Monitor different activities at job sites to ensure all activities will be in accordance with the time frame
 Conduct quality audit on the various material supplier to ensure compliance with quality plan and specifications.
 Determines/recommends preventive as well as corrective measures to avoid the production of defective products
 Undertakes planning, verification, testing, checking and monitoring in all inspection activities of higher complexity
 Coordinate/liaise with the consultant during the site inspection and ensure all the comments will be rectified where
necessary
 Coordinate with Independent Checking Engineer/Consultant and client during the site inspection and regular
construction and documentation audits
 Coordinate with in-house quality control personnel on matters related to proper execution and in full compliance with
client and designers specifications
 Monitor and observed site work safety precaution during contractor operation to maintain project lost time incident
