Responsibilities
1- Managing Group Active Directory Environment
2- Managing and preparing backup policies for systems and applications
3- Planning and organizing different scenarios for disaster recovery solutions
4- Managing exchange messaging system
5- Working with different application and tools for active directory and infrastructure management
6- Managing and planning storage facilities
7- Working with different applications and technologies related to security and system engineering
Responsibilities:
• Manage different project related to IT, starting form evaluation of offers up to the implementation and closing
• Prepare plans and specify requirements for upgrading network technologies.
• Assist in the development of improving different business processes.
• Assist Information Technology Department in selection of systems and devices required for supporting business operation.
• Install and remove network links to individuals and departments.
• Supervise network external installations and ensure its safety and proper operation.
• Prepare network upgrading plan and specify all necessary requirements.
• Maintain records for equipment including necessary information and indicate their locations.
• Manage and operate company's mail system and internet usage
• Assure the compliance of the Internal IT Security Standards to the International Standards to improve the IT process.
• Draft policies and procedures, and coordinate with other IT groups and company departments for the implementation of the IT Security standards.
• Conduct audit reviews on periodical basis to determine key areas for improving the IT security standards.
• Preparing security statistics and configuring security software and hardware
• Incorporating security features during the development of various software applications
• Designing network infrastructure security including: firewalls; IDS / IPS; network monitoring; vulnerability scanning; encryption solutions; Internet proxies; and e-mail content filtering
• Manage subordinates in terms of their performance reviews, coaching and allocating tasks in addition to setting and managing the budget
• Teaching subjects related to computer science and engineering for university level students.
• Preparing notes, courses, and presentation.
