Follow up with warehouses, preparation and maintenance
1. Oversee the production and lead the team to finish the sales orders taking into consideration the service delivery agreement as required by the customer (SLA)
2. Arrange delivery of finished products to customers and ensure that it is done on time with Overtime when needed
3. Coordinate with the Quality Control Department in respect of finished products, minimize the utilization and make the most of it by recycling it properly
4. Assigning and Maintaining KPI to the Production Management Department and to make sure that it is followed by The Staff
5. Training of new employees and university students and assigning tasks to staff.
6. Preparation of a feasibility study on new products and the formation of prototypes corresponding to the needs of customers and sent to the quality control department for confirmations
7. Inventory and management of warehouse stock (raw materials, packaging, finished products) with coordination for transfer between factory warehouses when needed with the application of the principle of (FIFO)
8. Visiting customers for feedback and Comments on delivered products and prepare reports to management in order to improve the service in the Future
9. Exchange notes with senior management to improve workflow
10. Coordinate with sales, procurement, quality assurance, warehousing and maintenance departments
11. Conduct a Weekly briefing with production department to discuss current and future situations and share latest updates and future Plans and safety and safety sessions while in the facility for the Staff
