• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers.
• Enter data into the Oracle system so that accurate records are maintained & coordinate with payroll.
• Carry out bookings of flights and hotels for employees by liaising with the relevant provider as per company policy.

• Assist the HR Manager with the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures
• Carry out all special HR support related duties.
• Answering staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matters.
• Oversees the human resource database accuracy and cross checking.
• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company
policies and procedures.
• Completes management information, monthly, and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.
