Senior role based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia working on multiple real estate projects. Reporting directly to the Urban Development GM and tasked with the delivery of a significant real estate projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee, lead and mentor direct and outsourced completion of all aspects of the development process including legal framework, contract negotiations, procurement, consultant/contractor appointment and project execution.
• Collaborate closely and work in conjunction with Sector Heads and Departments, to define the projects, success requirements.
• Identify and define strategy for delivery of the phasing and the development strategy, in coordination with all required Sectors and Departments.
• Ensure business cases are executed and delivered to the best interests, and financial benefit, of the company and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly any joint venture stakeholders.
• Identify regulatory requirements and ensure corporate governance required to operate in the identified framework.
• Ensure all technical procedures adapted meet with approved Company's corporate operational objectives.
• Manage direct reports to ensure that feasibility, program, design, technical, quality and leasing specifications of projects are achieved through to completion and handover.
• Provide regular feedback about business plans, including project status, risk, and approved action plans to Urban Development GM.
• Coordinate and organize all development disciplines, with the objective of harmonizing the diversified functions to deliver completed projects in accordance with approved business case objectives.
• Manage interfaces between various entities to ensure strict adherence to the agreed delivery schedules and develop contingency recovery schedule, as and when required.
Achievements:
• Successfully deliver 600, 000 square meters land subdivision in Mecca.
• Successfully renovate of 400 key hotel in the central Mecca including all public areas, reception, restaurant etc. Liaising with hotel operators regarding their operation requirements for the hotel.
Projects Manager - Development Projects
Senior role based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia working on multiple real estate projects. Reporting directly to Chief Development Officer and tasked with the delivery of a significant real estate projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, co-ordinate and direct specific aspects of assets development.
• Work as part of a team to coordinate and oversee Real Estate development, planning, and finance.
• Work closely with the team to concept strategies, development programs and business cases to review and recommend endorsement of all stages of project proposal before proceeding to master planning phases.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Development Officer and Sector Heads.
• Assist in / work on Identifying and define strategy for delivery of the development strategy.
• Work closely with the team to ensure business cases are executed and delivered to the best interests, and financial benefit, of the company and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly any joint venture stakeholders.
• Be an integral part of the team overseeing, leading, and mentoring, direct and outsourced completion of all aspects of the development process including legal framework, contract negotiations, procurement, consultant/contractor appointment and project execution.

Projects Manager
Senior role based in Riyadh and Jeddah Saudi Arabia working on multiple Fit-Out projects. Reporting directly to Country's Director and tasked with the delivery of a significant Fit-Out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
• Work towards creation and execution of business development strategy in line with the business goals of the company.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Supervising the end-to-end process of tendering function.
• Identify stakeholders and plan communications.
• Develop project management plan and schedule.
• Ensure activities are clearly defined to all stakeholders.
• Plan procurement in line with project schedule.
• Identify risks and plan risk management and responses.
• Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting of project sub-contractors.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the design and delivery of multiple and various fitout projects in tens of millions SAR in value. Project types are retail, hospitality, F&B, office interior. They include the execution of MEP systems, general and special finishes such as ceilings, hard and soft floorings, joinery installations, low current and data systems, furniture installation, etc. Responsible for preparation of master and detailed schedules including, allowance bill, procurement schedule.
• Chair the design briefing meetings with clients, preparing, and distributing the minutes of meeting.
• Supervise the design process and assure that clients’, buildings’, and authorities' requirements are met.
• Lead the design presentation process, record clients’ comments, amend the design and resubmit for final approval. This stage includes the preparation of 3D views and sample boards.
• Supervise the preparation of bills of quantities and make sure they reflect the approved design, building design requirements, specifications, and site survey.
• Present the financial offer to the client and lead the negotiate process.
• Supervise the contract drafting process and make sure it suits all parties.

• Responsible for chairing the design briefing meetings with clients, preparing, and distributing the minutes of meeting.
• Prepare conceptual space planning, spot detailing, detail shop drawings for finishes.
