Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Developing the Safety (policy & procedures) which compliance with legal requirement.
2.Developing KPIs by (leading & lagging) to measure the safety performance.
3.Build and Maintain and Safe Culture in the site work.
4.Provide and advising the site management about any Strategic health and safety issues.
5.Establishing an effective plan to deal with Fire and other emergencies on a 24/7.
6.Implement Cost Saving activities and control the HSE dept. yearly budget.
7.Provide Training to all staff to ensure that they comply with all health and safety regulations.
8.Carry out Risk Analysis for the company and recommend any changes & control measures that may be necessary.
9.Establish (PSSR, Contractor, PHA and MOC) as part of PSM elements and all SOPs.
10.Conducting internal safety auditing and routine site inspection for safety system.
11.Leading Incident Investigative and recommend changes to ensure complies with regulations.
12.Develop a safety representative’s team & keep monitoring their performance.
13.Maintain good working Relationships with Insurance and other relevant authorities.
14.Build and Maintain and Safe Culture in the site work.
15.Assure having a proper (document & recording) system for all above elements.

Jan 2013 - Nov2014 Construction HSE Superintendent I Cristal Ilmenite smelter Plant ( Jazan)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Establish and conduct job site orientation for every new employee for the project.
2.Establish and conduct regular (weekly and monthly) safety meetings with contractor representatives.
3.Conduct regular daily job site inspections. Conduct formal weekly job site inspections.
4.Record and notify written report of any violations or unsafe practices.
5.Communicate/ follow-up fulfill the requirements of all external parties.
6.Ensuring the safety of all new installations as per safety standards.
7.Assist Project leader in establishing proper fire prevention, evacuation.
8.Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
9.Establish and maintain all required job safety records.
10.Participating of project pre-commission and commission activities.

1.Supervising my crew to ensure doing work safely.
2.Responsible for equipment availability and reliability in my area.
3.Supervised the inspection and maintenance of the critical equipment.
4.Supervises disassembly, trouble shooting, repair, and reassembly of major mechanical equipment’s.
5.In charge of daily implementation of the planned work schedule.
6.Coordination of scheduling and materials ordering with Planners.
7.Assistance in the development and upgrading of mechanical procedures and directives.
8.Responsible for a safe working environment for my subordinates.
9.Monitoring the performance of the individuals in my crew to identify the necessary skill enhancements.
10.Represent the Maintenance Dept. on safety and follow up all safety needs.
