the globe. Here, I am leading Organizational Development section. My responsibilities are also including:
* Developing policies, JDs, SOPs, Manuals and other departmental documents
* Recruitment and management of general staff
* Developing new section of Training and development with company plans for employees
* Administer and conduct trainings for staff members
* Maintain and ensuring the safe and friendly work environment
Subsequent to my MBA, I lead a consultancy research project for this organisation to achieve following
goals:

• Retention and reward strategies
Computerz.com is a small private business company dealing with computer sales and repairs. During my MBA, I
have been working here as part-time consultant. My job responsibilities included:
* Liaising directly with clients, to explain any issues, discuss options and solutions, obtain and respond to
feedback. I communicated with clients face to face or via letter, e-mail and telephone as required.
* Liaising with suppliers and ancillary supply partners to resolve the clients issues or queries
* Reporting opportunities/ideas for change, any service issues, potential errors and omissions or
complaints raised directly or referred from the customer service team to the team manager
Road Gear Ltd. Pakistan
Road Gear is a small business corporation manufacturing and exporting goods since 1970. The
main business is with clients based in USA. I was based at the company head office in Sialkot.
the largest insurance provider in Pakistan with 30 zone offices, 117 sector
offices and a network of 461 Area offices across the country. This role polished my persuasive skills and I learnt
how to convince a person for that, what you want from him.
My job responsibilities included:
* Representing a full line of financial and insurance products to individuals and companies
* Developing and checking sales plan and managing all sales phases to completion
* Providing advice to potential clients and follow-up support to insurance holders
* Maintaining good relationships and maintaining contact with potential and contract clients
