• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
• Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
• Develop the performance of operation team to providing excellent service and building good working relationships with policyholders.
• Develop the customer service to achieve the satisfaction of the policyholders.
• Increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services by improve the operation quality.
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of credit information.
• Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market.
• Call potential clients to expand their customer base.
• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes.
• Handle policy renewals.
• Help policyholders settle claims.
• Marketing the vending machines and supervising the
sales of the machines.
