Responsibilities:
• Create and implement Saudization plan for production lines and machines.
• Led, directed, evaluated, and developed section managers and other professionals to ensure that the manufacturing activities meet established targets and standards.
• Coordinated with Maintenance Department for implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Took daily reviews of productivity, quality, wastages, downtime and suggested corrective and preventive actions required.
