• Create the Internal Programs Calendar and groups
• Design & deliver the orientation program for new joiners
• Follow up with line managers after each course to ensure the course implementation
• Focal point between company and the service provider
• Assure that each training delivered as per the company quality standards
• Plan, arrange and manage the graduation ceremony
• Manage all related invoices and assure it’s paid
• Follow up with trainees to make sure they attend each course and monitoring the assessment result
• Arrange logistics for training course
• Managing performance appraisals
• Preparing Offers, contracts and in charge of the new employees on boarding
• Administer Health insurance
(adding, removing, claims, following up with the broker, delivering the cards to employees)
• Preparing employement records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, labor law and standards
• Handling HR activities (Leave Management, letter of verification, flight booking, requesting re-entry visas, investigations and warning letters)
• Preparing Offers, contracts and in charge of the new employees on boarding
