Currently, I'm pursuing my PhD degree in Australia. My research interest is in the Earnings Quality and Governance.

- Review potential financial and credit data to assist in determining the risk of credit proposal requests
- Assess strength and weaknesses of credit proposal requests
- Ensure that credit policy requirements are met and where are any deviations
- Conduct visit jointly with relationship team to have first-hand information on client and business
- Identify risk ratios and perform accurate financial analysis to the corporate credit proposal requests "Commercial & SME".

1- Senior Investment Analyst, Riyadh, 2010 - present

o Conduct research and financial statement analysis and build complex financial models to evaluate historic information and generate earnings projections for companies within assigned sectors for use in the formulation of security analysis.
o Prepare internal and external written reports, notes, and other documents to communicate investment ideas, research, news events and opinions regarding security analysis for distribution to brokers, institutional and retail clients.
o Execute in-depth industry analysis using resources to evaluate relevant industry trends. Conduct extensive valuation analysis on stocks within the assigned sector(s).
o Communicate with institutional clients and internal clients to convey investment recommendations and ideas in order to generate business; Answer inquiries from customers, personnel of the company and the general public regarding individual securities or industry groups.
o Make field trips, interview company executives, prepare records and files to develop and maintain sources of information to assist in analysis activities.
o Supervise junior members of the team if assigned and participate in other projects as requested by head of department.

2- Investment center manager& District manager, Al-khobar, 2002- 2008

o Identify, contact and execute contracts with targeted clients generating business for the firm.
o Preparation of packages for clients. Including assessment of operational risks and coordination with other departments.
o Provide investment consultation for clients matching customers with the best investment opportunities in the Saudi stock market based on our analysis.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements of all of the branches in the region.
o Make sure of the achievement of the company goals by all of the investment centers.
