Implementation of FSL activities include inputs such as Agriculture, small business, cash or voucher transfer and Cash for Work
Coordination with other thematic coordinators, Field Programme Manager, FSL Specialist and Livelihoods Director
Identify FSL opportunities and suggest programme development for future
Manage, implement, monitor and evaluate projects in the field
Managing, improving and maintaining the quality and impact of the programme on the ground
Managing the Food Security and Livelihoods field staff and monitoring the activities in the field
Preparing project related narrative, financial and other type of reports
Making case studies, presentations and any other task assigned by the management
Assist in preparing of projects proposals for different donors
Reporting the FSL Specialist about the progress, needs and problem identified with the community through the presentations
Exposure visits to the relevant local co-partners for exchanging views and ideas for learning and capacity building purpose
Lead, manage, motivate to Provide technical assistance to staff to have clear objectives and receive feedback on performance
Comply with the requirements of Save the Children’s Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children
Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role
Submit required and routine reports and attend the routine and required official meetings
Occasional Significant Duties Undertakes any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Follows all Save the Children policies and procedures
Create implementation plans, including budgets, M&E and indicator tracking plans for the Programme
Implement project activities ensuring that services are delivered on time and on budget
Manage program budget lines and ensure proper and effective use of program resources
Ensure that staff have work-plans and following up team members regularly to ensure that activities are on track
Monitor program progress against both programmatic and budgetary targets
Develop sector response plans and master budgets and contribute to Organizations overall strategy
Prepare timely programme and donor reports on project activities in compliance with internal/Donor requirements.
Work closely with the HR, identify staff needs and Ensure that Policies are in Place
Identify and supply needs, coordinate with the logistics team to put in place procurement plans
Work closely with MEAL for plans, ensuring reporting requirements and capacity build of technical and field staff for activities
Design and participate in required assessments, baselines and evaluations to Contribute to proposal development
Contribute to situation analysis and participate actively in developing FSL strategy documents
Identify learning and training opportunities for the staff and work as a mentor and role model for the staff
Take steps to document lessons learned, from field, for wider dissemination.
In collaboration with senior Management, assist in advocacy activities that target decision-makers at all levels.
In collaboration with Management, feed in learning, experiences and evidence to relevant advocacy objectives.
One month business internship in National Bank of Pakistan
