Responsible for supporting the business development and the implementation of existing safety initiatives, coaching and mentoring all levels of the organization to preform and sustain the desired safety behaviors and outcomes at the facility.

• Support EHS programs in performing environmental analyses and Risk assessment.
• Investigating/recording incidents, accidents, complaints and cases of ill health.
• Identifying potential hazards.
• Drawing up safe operational practices and making necessary changes to meet local and
international standers.
• Ensuring that equipment is installed and maintained correctly/safely.
• Making presentations to groups of employees/managers about safety.
• Internal Auditing.
• Dealing with supplier for safety equipment.
• Developing and implementing safety procedures.
• Managing and leading the Security and safety guards team at the whole facility by train and
supervise security officers and guards.
