managing all trade marketing activities for Johnson & Johnson consumer division in KSA

*Handling nationwide trade marketing activities for complete Philips Consumer Lifestyle portfolio consisting of 2 main categories and 100+ SKUs *Working with the shopper marketing management team to design POSM and briefing BTL supplier on what is required. *Periodic KSA wide market visits to develop and refresh understanding of local cultures and sales trends. *Collaborating with the Marketing/Shopper Marketing team for the ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotion. *Leading Traditional Trade & Pharmacy Channels Activation projects. (Branding, contracts, space rental, promoters … etc.) *Supporting the distributors in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated. *Managing all training programs in KSA.

Handling the Central Region of Saudi Arabia in terms of merchandising & sampling for all categories & channels by managing the merchandising team & the POSM's logistics & warehousing. In addition to, maintaining the relationship between Nestle & the customers. Also, insuring perfect execution of all activities in the region.

Warehouse Department: Participated in designing the system of the warehouse. In addition of applying a Safety project & couple of process improvement projects.
Demand Planning Department: Forecasting the growth of the company for 10 years.
Training Department: As a trainer on 5s System. Also, developed a training plan for COOP trainees.
Project leader for 2 main projects: Mini-warehouses & improving arrival process in Al Otaybiah branch.

QC & QA Department.
In QC: Quality control engineer.
In QA: Quality assurance coordinator, ((Process improvement, process mapping, internal auditing and a project about customer satisfaction))
