Steer and direct 5 supervisors overseeing 40+ employees with sales growing between 2012 and 2017 from $ 4.1M to $ 8.6M ( + 47 %) and EBIT increasing from $ 0.4M to $ 0.9M ( +44 %). My key accountabilities are:

Improving labour, material and equipment resources to deliver ongoing operational excellence
Making manufacturing processes more lean, profitable and efficient
Analyzing and interpreting the statistical data to determine the overall performance
Controlling costs to achieve company budget goals
Leading discussions and meetings concerning plant operations
Recommending short and long term Plant objectives
Driving employee engagement and training in the company
Encouraging continuous improvement within the business unit
Head the quality department to ensure that quality is built-in throughout all the processes in the plant
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies & procedures and high product quality standard
Leading internal and external audits to uncover the problem that impede quality and to discover the opportunity for improvement
Interfacing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis
Liaising with the marketing team regarding the development of new product
Supervising the preventative maintenance program to maximize the machine performance up time
Hiring the necessary employees for operation, maintenance and quality

Increased productivity approx 30% year over year via continuous improvement and flexible working models.
The reduction of customer complaints and non-quality costs more than 65%
Certification for ISO 22000:2005 in 2013 and Mondelez award in 2014
Introduced manufacturing processes and promoted new technology to improve Q & FS level and meet customer requirements
