Steer and direct 5 supervisors overseeing 40+ employees with sales growing between 2012 and 2017 from $ 4.1M to $ 8.6M ( + 47 %) and EBIT increasing from $ 0.4M to $ 0.9M ( +44 %). My key accountabilities are:
Improving labour, material and equipment resources to deliver ongoing operational excellence

Managing the food and beverage services of organisation and businesses, while meeting the individual expectations, food and hygiene standards, and financial targets
key responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all aspects of catered events
Worked consistently with contractor on operation and execution of events
