document intelligence, agentic department applications, and predictive cost control as an AI layer over
Oracle EBS R12 and Laserfiche, with full on-premises data sovereignty.
• Designed and deployed automated ETL/ELT pipelines (Python, Apache Airflow, dbt) for construction
data from Oracle EBS, replacing manual reporting and reducing manual effort by 60%.
• Built a scalable PostgreSQL data warehouse (star schema) consolidating contracts, BOQ, progress,
budgets, cost, and cashflow into a single source of truth with executive Power BI dashboards.
• Architected three production applications (detailed below) that digitize cross-department construction
workflows and produce clean, Oracle-EBS-compatible data.
• Built 40+ custom Oracle PL/SQL scripts resolving synchronization gaps between Oracle Forms, project
site data, and EBS financial modules across Accounts Payable, Projects, and Purchasing.
• Collaborated across Contracts, Planning, Finance, and PMO to translate business rules into
automated, validated data pipelines.

• Contributed to network infrastructure design for the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (ZATCA);
