Key Deliverables:
• Study Mechanical Specifications, Drawings, reviewing Quantity take-off, evaluating quotations and
material cost, calculating required man-hours, and making BOQ’s.
• Study the contract and condition/terms of contract to apply them on a Project Responsibility Matrix.
• Attend all necessary project commercial meetings.
• Study all new designs/changes and accordingly submit cost claim/variation order for additional
scope based on quotations and BOQ rates. Moreover, submit extension of time claims related to
variations.
• Attend track day-to-day activities of the project like site instruction, weekly report, Consultantcontractor's
communication & approvals etc.
• Manage vendor activity, engineering, installation, and other protocol to ensure timely project
deployment.
Project : Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences M2 MEP Basement, Podium, Tower Risers, Sky Bridge. August 2021 - December 2021

• Preparation of tender documents as per the agreed scope of work.
• Managing & monitoring a team of QS.
• Applying value-engineering approach wherever required.
• Review draft tender mechanical documents to ensure all systems components of the tender are
included e.g. (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting & BMS).
• Coordinating with quantity surveyors, tender addendums, and response to enquiries.
• Reviewing core engineering areas i.e., mechanical rooms, detail drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Acting as quantity surveyor for various projects.
• Following up sales enquiry, tender and price enquiries with clients and suppliers.
• Preparing BOQ’s and material take off and administered suppliers and vendors.
