Main Responsibility:
Operating and Managing HR, Admin, Services and GR departments with capacity of 11 employees under my supervision:
• HR Team : 2 Employees
• Admin Team : 1 Employee
• Services Team : 5 Employees
• GR Team : 3 Employees
Job Descriptions:
C. Direct Operating of HR Planning and development:
4. Updating of Job Description, Job Procedures, salary scale and Organization structure
5. Creation and Controlling of: Salary increment and Promotion, Evaluation and Training
6. Handling the Recruitment with different sources (Saudis, Local and overseas) and HRDF
D. Managing of :
1. Employee Relation such as: Database of staff, Personnel files, Medical insurance, Time Sheet & attendance, payroll, Official Letters to employees, GOSI (registration, delete, , etc), End of services issues and benefits, Increments, Vacations and business trips, Warnings letter and Disciplinary action.
2. Support & Services Section: Company's Vehicles and Drivers, Office supply, Ticket system, Hotel reservations, Transportation, Visitors, Security system and Maintenance of company facilities
3. Government Relation Section: Iqama issues (renewal, updating, , , etc), Transferring of sponsorship, Passport issue (controlling), exit and re-entry visa, Visit/business Visa and Invitation Letter, Work Visa, Controlling of company documents such as (CR, COC, , , etc) and GR Archive.
Main Responsibility:
Operating and Managing HR, Admin and GR departments with supervision of 3 employees under my supervision:
• HR Team : 1 Employee
• Services Team : 1 Employee
• GR Team : 1 Employee
Job Descriptions: Direct Operating and Managing of
i. Employee Relation, Attendance sheet and Payroll
ii. Recruiting MP and HRDF
iii. GR Relation
iv. Company Policy, Warnings letter and Disciplinary action
v. Performance evaluation
vi. Services, Accommodation, Transportation, Company, Vehicles, IT and Communication.
Assignments and Responsibilities: My entire job under HR & HR Personnel such as:-
1- Recruiting & Sudiazation- Hiring Manpower from different countries (under supervision categories),
2- Training and Development the employees.
3- Evaluation.
4- Attendance & Time sheet for employees.
5- Medical Care Issues for employees.
6- Routine job such as:-

# Filling (Digit Data)

# End of Service issues
# Official letters (with booth language) to Government / Private Co.

Receiving the candidates and making test for them.
If bass, Arranging for interview with HR Manager.
If OK, processing his paper for Recruiting.
If no, Looking for other.
