Managing all mechanical maintenance activities at MAN Diesel power plant capacity of 54.5 MW located in United Cement Industrial Company (UCIC)
• Responsible for planning and establishing maintenance program for DAMMAM university utilities
• Head of preventive maintenance section reporting to maintenance manager.
• Order spare parts required and communicate with local and global suppliers.
• Hands on work and testing, commissioning of equipments.
• Prepare PMS monthly report as per client requirements.

• Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment (powder plant brand Payper machine with total capacity 900 bags/hour, liquid chemical plant operated by 3 mixers with total capacity each 10KL with positive displacement pump, Sand grading plant, power plant operated by 2 Volvo PENTA gen sets 456 KW each and john Deere 125kw warehouses, diesel transfer pumps, fresh water supply system, fire fighting and alarm system, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.
• Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant Performance.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the construction chemicals industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
• Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Assists with hiring of maintenance personnel.
• Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
• Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
• Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
• Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
• Contribute in exhibitions.
Eraf Company is a high speed aluminum boats manufacturer for Saudi royal naval forces, responsibilities are as follow:
• Coordinate and follow up with international ship designer to clear all mechanical design drawings and also modify the required modification according to as built.
• Ordering all mechanical requirements (tools &equipment’s, spares) as per design and manufacture specs.
• Prepare mechanical production program in discussion with project and production managers regarding project schedule and lead time.
• Supervision and installation of main equipment’s22 NO, of Kamewa FF320 Mix water jet manufactured by Rolls Royce, 22 No, of Cummins marine diesel engines model QSM11, 526KW 715HP 2500rpm, 22No, of marine ZF 305-2 gear box, Python Drive flexible shaft, jet hydraulic system, sea water cooling system, bilge pumps and system, fuel system, ventilation system and (engine-water jet) alignment.
• Pre commissioning of engine room equipment’s
• Assist main machineries commissioners to achieve acceptance tests.
• Arrange and fill all documents related to installation records and test sheets
• Attend factory acceptance and sea acceptance tests with end user.
• Trained client mechanical staff about installation, maintenance, operation and trouble shooting of engine room components.
Al Saleem corp. is electro mechanical contractor and specialized in power plant turnkey project and operation, maintenance of diesel generation plant, supply electro mechanical parts and major repair of diesel engine, generator and accessories. My responsibilities were: Established new work shop in Dammam province to meet all type of maintenance and repair of several type of diesel Gen -sets (MAN, MAK, CAT, CUMMINS) and also according to main client (Saudi Electricity Company) requirements and specs. Communicate with eastern main client such as Saudi Elec. Com, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Marafiq, etc…. to market our service and successfully I got approval from the top clients to be a vendor in their records. On next stage we start receiving a lot of invitations for bidding and quotations
• 2005 I moved to head office in Riyadh to start working as project engineer for diesel generating power plant in south area operated by MAN B&W diesel engine type 48\60B with total 20MW power and ABB generator, my duty were;
• Installation of all engines auxiliaries such as HT and LT cooling pipes and pumps, lube oil pumps, fuel transfer and booster pumps, lube oil purifiers, compressed air unit with piping, oil heaters, AHU and water treatment plant according to manufacture and designer specs.
• Attend engine and generator installation on foundation with all alignment procedures and steps under MAN supervision
• Attend pre commissioning and commissioning stage
• Duty engineer for 12 hours\30 days for trial run of the plant and the duty was watching all engine parameters and recorded them in log bock, fix any minor problem to keep engines running with full output power, report all events during duty and handed over to the next shift.
• 2007 I moved again to Dammam area to start working as project manager for replacement of 6 Cummins gen sets with special cooling and ventilation system for train power car (client Saudi railway organization), my duties were:
• Finalize all requirements and specs with client representative engineers.
• Replace 6 Gen sets with new Cummins engines 523KW 1800rpm and connects all piping system and electric cables.
• Modify 15 cooling and ventilation units brand Cov Rod by replace radiator panels, elect. Motors, lovers, pips and filters.
• Support supplier commissioner to commission all power cars with final acceptance from client.
• Attend trial test for all power cars by travelling with train many trips to ensure that all installation and operation working well also to train operator for operation and trouble shoots.
• Hand over the project
Albazey comp. is ready mix concrete and hallow block factory and crusher plant, my duties were:
•Managing heavy equipment work shop to do all type of maintenance and repair for the factory servicing equipments such as concrete pump 32&47mtr, concrete mixture 8QM, dumb trucks, loaders CAT, tractors CAT, forklift CAT.
•Make all minor and major repair, engine and transmission overhauling, hydraulic cylinder and pump repairs, brake system repair, under chassis repair and weld fab repair supervision.
•Prepare maintenance schedule for all equipments.
•Ordering consumable and repair parts.
•Monthly equipment evaluation report with technical recommendation.
•Rescue any failed equipment during site work.
Al suwaidi est. is multi divisions, so I will focus to my division which’s carry out equipments hiring to main client like SABIC and ARAMCO. My first location was in central workshop in Rastanura for 4months in trucks repair department after this has been my candidature for the post JUBAIL workshop in charge and my duties were:
• Managing heavy equipment work shop to do all type of maintenance and repair for the client servicing equipments such as diesel welding machines, ingorsal air compressor, trucks, mobile cranes, concrete cutters, diesel vehicles, loaders,
•Make all minor and major repair, engine and transmission overhauling, hydraulic cylinder and pump repairs, brake system repair, under chassis repair and weld fab repair supervision.
•Prepare maintenance schedule for all equipments.
•Ordering consumable and repair parts.
•Monthly equipment evaluation report with technical recommendation.
•Rescue any failed equipment during site work.
JISM managing all vessels crew according to their Endorsement of certificate of competency issued by Port
And Lighthouses Administration, I was start with them in different ranks depends on sea Service as follow:
• May1993-Jan1998: Marine engineer on board in position of starting gradually from cadet engineer till achieved 2nd engineer on different type of vessels with different capacity of engines and auxiliaries.
