Established the HC department with a vision to create a vibrant workplace that allows professionals to be creative in achieving success. And a mission to attract, develop, and retain talents; To build an environment that allows productivity, innovation and creativity; and To provide excellent services.
The Human Capital Team has accomplished the following:
- Ranked REGA Great Place To Work in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia twice, 2019 & 2020.
- Conducted a full organizational design review covering all of the HC infrastructure and engagement.
- Acted as HR Head for another two organizations under REGA, the Real Estate Arbitration Center and the Saudi Real Estate Institute.
- The first year accomplished average 63 hours per employee of in-class training both technical and behavioral competencies. Also, introduced a coaching program for all of the top management. - Introduced and applied a new performance management system that is done on a monthly basis of 7 objectives for all specialist and managerial level employees. Besides the Balance Score Cards approach.
- Established an internal communication programs (REGA Knows, Does, Cares) towards increasing engagement, raise awareness, and enable productivity.
- Conducted an assessment center for all employees and mapped their competencies against their levels. Created personal development plan for three years for all employees.
- Established Professionals Care section that serves people needs outside work as concierge services.
- Introduces compensation and benefit plans around the challenges around the government salary scales and brought it up to private market benchmark.
- Introduced recruitment solutions beside full time employment that serves the business needs.

- Entaliq with Airbus Project Manager: A challenge program that seeks innovators and in aerospace.
• Established partnerships (Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission, Aviation Australia, KACST)
• Managed the workshops, and the final ceremony under the portage of HH Prince Turki Bin Saud.

- HRBP for TAQNIA’s partners (Lockheed Martin, Antonov, KACST composite facility, RSAF)
• Defining the needed talents based on the production capacity and timeline
• Determining the training needs for workforce and defining the partners for them
• Assist in making strategic decisions for TAQNIA Aeronautics and its projects.

- Health and Safety Project Manager
• Created H&S policies and procedure, trained and raised awareness to employees and safety representatives on emergency and safe practices.

- Enterprise Resourcing Planning System
• Participated in constructing the system by analyzing the requirements and close the gap between the company and the programmers’ needs.

- Archiving System
• On-boarded a team of seven and supervised them to recreate all employees’ records to be preserve for 20 years, and access them under 10 seconds.

- Assisting HR team with talent acquisition, training, compensation, and personnel tasks.
