Urban Planning Design (optimizing the effectiveness of a community's land use (whether commercial, residential, agricultural, natural or recreational).
Town Planning (housing, commercial and industrial uses with the details of roadways, water, sewerage and energy supply networks and locating of open spaces and recreational areas).
Landscape Architecture projects (with all the related details of Hardscape, Softscape, Site furniture and Lighting, etc…).
Presentation of conceptual Designs, Schematic Design and Design Development stages and ending up with Tender Documents accordingly with the Project’s schedule.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities.
Coordination of the Design with multi-disciplinary teams both internally and externally.
Revision and Reviewing Tender Drawings when needed.
Site visiting and report submission.
Development of Schematic designs in major ME projects.
Responsible for:
- Development of Corniche and Waterfront of Jeddah Main Phase (owned by The Municipality of Jeddah and managed by Saud Consult)- Jeddah, Preliminary Design Drawings
- Al Rayadah Development Jeddah (managed by KEO) - Jeddah, Landscape Schematic Design
Responsible for Landscape and Urban design Packages starting from schematic design ending to tender drawings of different projects in Egypt and the ME region.
Production of Urban and Landscape Design construction Drawings
Production of Landscape Design and Design Development Drawings, including all the details f (Hardscape, Softscape, Lighting and site furniture, etc...)
