My customers are specialists (Doctors and Pharmaceuticals mainly).
My duty is :
o to distribute the free medical samples to all my customers,
o Try to work very hard on satisfying all customers accordingly through the updated products information.
o Arrange for the necessary trials and studies.
o Handed over all the FOC’s samples.
o Handling the customer objectives directly.
o Visiting the said customer in daily basis then I archive my visits by daily notes, weekly / monthly reports.
o Minimum ten customers are scheduled daily, to focus on my products sales results and compare it with the other competed products in the market.
• Bachelorhood in Pharmacy (5 Years Study) – Pharmacists Chemistry (University of Aleppo /Syria 2000).
