Responsibilities:
• Installation, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008 and 2012) Microsoft Windows operating system (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10).
• Installing, administration & Configuring (Active Directory, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange and NAS Storage).
• Configure primary function of Routers and Switches.
• Configure Network Printers and Shared Printers.
• Prepare monthly reports about the actives (network diagram, hardware, and User list, user email list, purchased items, DHCP list, backup record and log, user policies list).
• Wireless Implementation Using wireless routers and Access Points.
• Update company website content.
• Ensuring of the security of servers and users PC by installing antivirus Program, using SonicWALL firewall and SonicWALL email security to protect the users from spam and unwanted email.
• Backups for Microsoft Exchange and other servers.
• Help employees with software problem and give them advice.
