o Responsibilities:
Successfully completed the Structure works & Finishing works are ongoing at site.
Supervise all the activities like Steel, Shuttering, Water Proofing, Block Work, Plaster,
Paint, Tile Work, etc.
Coordination with MEP, Management, Construction team, Consultants and Client.
Prepare the weekly Progress report of site.
Preparing the plan of daily activities and manage the manpower to different works.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Project : 01 Basement +Ground floor+06 Typical Floor+ Roof
o Responsibilities:
Execute of the site work as per the drawing.
Checking of Sub-contractors bills as per site.
Prepare and Submit the Requests for Inspection (RFI) to the consultant and Schedule the inspections
together with construction and consultant.
To Cooperate, Coordinate and to follow up with the Construction team for Inspection Requests and other
related Project issues.
Supervise all the activities like Steel, Shuttering, Water Proofing, Brick masonry, Plaster,
Paint, Tile Work, etc.
Coordination with MEP, Management, Construction team, Consultants and Client.
Checking of Sub-contractors bills as per site.
overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory
authorities.
Project : 02 Basement +Ground floor+08 Typical Floor+ Roof
Responsibilities:
Checking of Sub-contractors bills as per site.
Prepare and Submit the Requests for Inspection (RFI) to the consultant and Schedule the inspections
together with construction and consultant.
Supervise all the activities like Steel, Shuttering, Water Proofing, Block Work, Plaster,
Paint, Tile Work, etc.
Ensuring that mandated Quality Control measures are applied on a consistent basis.
Coordination with MEP, Management, Construction team, Consultants and Client.
Prepare the weekly Progress report of site.
Review of method of statements according to standards and project specifications.
Supervise the workers during each phase of the construction.
Conduct a feasibility study on the construction project.
Supervision of overall civil works.
