• Determine the internal operational goals of departments, in accordance with the standards in order to develop performance indicators and determine appropriate evaluation tools to measure performance indicators.
• Monitor the level of goals achievements regularly in order to define methods to improve operational performance.
• Designing comprehensive maps for the company in line with the main strategies, and implementing
the balanced performance standards card for the corporation.

Responsible for implementing all aspects of the project, including preparation, planning, organization, coordination and relationships with the Operations Department and the client as well as documentation for all steps of the project implementation:
• Building communication relationships between the Company and the client.
• Receive the client's problems and coordinate with the team to solve them.
• Following up project renewal contracts with the client.
• Follow up on the disability and project needs from individuals within the operation team.
• Sudden inspection and in field supervision to ensure the application of the project aspects.
• Review the monthly, semi-annual and annual reports on project achievements and present them to the KSA regional Manager.

• In a charge of the Saudi, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait sales and operations.

• Overseen agreements and contracts of suppliers, contract analysis, EPC and End-users.

• Negotiated with factories from the US and Europe for distribution rights in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
