Personally owned system architecture — multi-tenant microservices with DDD-style module boundaries (ABP) — plus database design, REST API contracts, authentication flows, and the device-data ingestion pipeline; led a team of 5 engineers who delivered the SignalR real-time dashboards, automated billing workflows, and PDF/Excel reporting.

Diagnosed and resolved a critical production bottleneck in device-reading ingestion by moving from synchronous webhook handling to async background processing (~200x throughput on our workload; baseline was 3-5 readings per request).

Integrated HID Aero access control and A&D medical devices, including real-time event processing and automated workflows triggered by device data.

Ran sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization for the team across the full SDLC.

Took over the Skillful Framework (.NET with Blazor, Angular, and React front ends) and owned its architectural evolution, scaling adoption across 30+ client projects — credited internally with ~3x faster project delivery.

Led the Sprinters, a delivery team of 4 engineers: project assignments, code reviews, and quality standards across the multi-project pipeline.

Supported OKR planning, cost analysis, and budget modeling for incoming projects, informing pricing and scoping decisions.

Led delivery of two client projects — Hook (cleaning-services booking) and Augll (AR mobile app) — and contributed backend work to YateemAC, a donation platform with Stripe integration.

Built DevoCode, an AI platform that generates deployment-ready applications scaffolded on the Skillful Framework from plain business descriptions — designed the generation pipeline and Terraform deployment path; output validated with external business owners.

Backend engineer on Al-Asila CX, a multi-tenant CRM built on the Skillful Framework (.NET Core MVC + React) serving 10 enterprise clients, including KSA government entities and STC.

Built a test-automation framework with Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow (BDD), integrated into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
