-Prepare Project Contract Management Procedures, Project Claims Management Procedures.
-Create and establish processes, procedures, and standards governing the Contract/Commercial issues.
-Review and approve the Interim Payments, Payments Certifications (Contractors’ and Consultants’, Vendors and Suppliers) on behalf of the Client.

•Prepare, structure, and develop PPP contracts start with identifying and screening, appraising, and preparing, structuring, and drafting, tendering, and awarding, managing, operating and handing-back.
