JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ERP (VISACC)
• Financial reporting on monthly basis (MIS, SOFP, Monthly break even report, Receivable and payable aging analysis, Budgeting reports, Monthly Income Statement report, Ratio Analysis)
• Weekly customer collection meeting and reporting aging analysis to the management
• Monthly Bank reconciliation
• Monthly payroll
• Fixed Assets register management
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Manage vat payments
• Organize annual & interim External Audit
• Organize internal audits
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
ERP (oracle)
-fixed assets management
-bank reconciliation
-supply chain management recording of invoices and payments in company books
-approval of supplier purchase orders
-account analysis of unknown items in the trial balance
-human capital management
Acca has no grading system you either pass the paper or fail the paper. The passing marks are 50% and I have passed all the papers.
